Thanks smart AIM! Wet wall boards fitted in shower and a new replacement shower enclosure fitted. What a professional job and a great plumber. I rarely write reviews but I had to praise the plumber who did this job. Nothing was too much trouble and he even gave me options on heights and finish whilst doing the job. The young man who carried out our installation came exactly on time. He explained exactly what was required and he tidied up really well when he had finished. A very pleasant plumber to deal with. First class. I have been using smart aim solutions Ltd for several years now both on behalf of my business clients and also personally in our own home and in rental properties we have. This is a family run business and from my wide experience of using various contracting firms of all different sizes, they offer the best professional expertise & advice, customer service and workmanship of any contractor i have dealt with. It is refreshing to find such a reliable and organised company who are a pleasure to deal with, can be trusted to work in my clients properties and with their tenants and all of this at very reasonable cost. I am so pleased that i decided to first use this contractor and that i have developed a long term business relationship with them. We wanted to replace our boiler with a modern one and had quotes from a number of suppliers with variable scope and price. Rob from Smart AIM Solutions provided a choice of competitive quotes for Worcester Bosch boilers focused only on the work that needed to be done. The subsequent installation was excellent. Rob and Wayne found ways to avoid external pipework, neatly plumbing the new boiler with difficult runs behind kitchen cupboards. They went out of their way to protect carpets, work tidily and clear up all the mess afterwards. They were extremely knowledgeable offering advice on commissioning that is not common place in the industry. They will be my first choice for future work. A thoroughly great experience - and the boiler is superb.

We can’t recommend Smart AIM Solutions highly enough. We’ve used Smart AIM Solutions for all our plumbing and heating needs and find them to be a fantastic team who provide a brilliant service. They’ve installed our ensuite to a very high standard and for the last 4 years looked after our boiler and heating, keeping our struggling boiler going. They’re extremely friendly, very responsive in an emergency, high quality; all at reasonable rates.

Ross and Rob came to the rescue when our boiler packed up this Thursday morning. My husband spoke to them and they arrived at 5.30pm that evening. They found the problem quickly and thankfully had a replacement heating pump in the van. They were very efficient, got the job finished quickly and were polite and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend their services. We live in Woodbridge and although very busy, they fitted us in. It’s a 10 from me. Thanks again guys, Alison.

After unfortunately being conned by a gas engineer who managed to break our entire system... we called Smart Aim and my goodness they were brilliant! Very luckily within 30 mins, Ross arrived at our house and spent nearly 3 hours tweaking and sorting our boiler - unable to fix it on the day (it needed parts as the cowboy engineer previously had managed to mess it all up), Ross returned the day after, and the day after that! He became our new best friend; and throughout the process Ross was honest with what was happening, clear so we could understand all the jargon and very sincere with apologies that he may not be able to fix it immediately. I can't recommend Smart Aim enough - they are brilliant and forever more we won't be going anywhere else if we need any repairs, installs or otherwise. Thank you x
