After hearing good reviews from many who use Smart CCTV systems in the local area, the company certainly lived up to such expectations. Thank you for installing the cameras around the property and the access point to help boost our wifi which has made life so much more simpler now considering we had to use 4 extenders before hand. Would recommend to anyone looking for CCTV installation.

Where do I start with the service provided by Smart CCTV systems. First off, for a company with Smart in there name not Smart at all. The job was to install a ring doorbell camera with the cabling in to the mains. I was advised the job would take 2 hours with 2 guys. A work order/quote (formal document) was not sent to me as suggested by Qadeer. The job took 3 seperate visits for 5+ hours, the initial visit was with 3 guys for 3+ hours. May I also add, they were over an hour late. I had to chase up the company multiple times on the day, to see where they were. The response given for the late time was as they had to pick up materials, prior to attending my house. Surely for a professional company, they would be on time and they would have already collected the materials for the work. A number of times on the first visit, the power was switched off without me being notified. A couple of times, I was in work meetings!!! The invoice was also issued to me with immediate terms prior to the work being complete (after 2 of the 3 visits). Why, would I pay an invoice before the work is complete?! Again, I had to chase up the company to book in a slot to complete the works prior to paying the invoice. Yet again, an hour late as they had not collected the materials. Will not be using Smart CCTV again!

Smart CCTV Systems did a fantastic job at installing an Ethernet point in my home. The work involved running an Ethernet cable from the downstairs router to the outside, across the exterior of the property and then into the study. Smart CCTV Systems came up with ingenious solution to minimise the visibility of the cable across the front of the property and we were very pleased with the quality of the work performed. I would definitely recommend the company and I look forward to using them again in the future!

Fantastic company to deal with, Smart CCTV systems Ltd were handed a complex task to install CCTV in our new warehouse and to carry out cabling for our network system. Abdul and his team were always well organised, they turned up when they said they would and most of all they carried out the entire job without any problems. I would recommend Smart CCTV Systems, the company are very professional to deal. Will most definitely using them in the future again.

We've used Smart CCTV for all of our security and access installations after being impressed by their knowledge of the install process as well as the product market. Their expertise allowed us to receive a tailored package of products and not just a generic system. The flexibility offered is unrivalled and their ability to work around the clock has been exceptional. What we were particularly impressed by is the attention to detail in wiring that is covered up, whilst most would not consider this important given it's not visible. No corners were cut and they went above and beyond to service our requirements. The after sales service is very much a part of their attention as they've attended to any issues with urgency. This level of workmanship is to be valued and recommended without question.
