We needed to do the annual boiler check, found Steve on the internet, texted him and he was here the very next day. I even asked him to change the appointment as I couldn't be home when I thought I could and he accommodated my request, changed his schedule and everything went flawlessly. I'm particularly delighted I found Steve because I had a very bad experience with somebody else - not turning up at all, twice. So, go with Steve, he's reliable, responsive, works neatly and the price is very decent.
