Having reported them to Gas Safe, they have since had the engineer registered. Shame this was after our installation.Tuesday 19th November 2019

He successfully fixed a leak in the kitchen which could have caused a lot of household damage if it wasn't dealt with promptly. He was polite, punctual and professional. Safana5 StarTom, Olly and his team did a fantastic job with our new bathroom. They got on with the work with minimal disruption, and were really cooperative, friendly, and helpful.
They kept to the prices in the initial quite, and any extra bits I asked for were quoted for up front. Tom went above and beyond, and when I panicked because I found I had ordered the wrong shower head, he went to the local bathroom store with me and helped choose the right one. He and his team were also very patient and helpful when I couldn't decide which mirror to choose for above the sink etc
It was the first major project I have had done on our house, and I couldn't have asked for a nicer bunch of people to work with. Punctual, professional, tidy, polite and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.Tuesday 9th May 2017
