The level of service and detail I received from Frazer and his team where second to none. I went to Spec for a simple tune up and through doing his due diligence Frazer discovered somthing more sinister at play. But he and his team worked quickly to diagnose the fault and make all the necessary repairs in a timely manner. The quality and care of their work is certainly worth the money and I will be using spec in the future for any other work my car needs as I have complete trust and faith in their abilities that they can get the job done. Thank you Spec Motorsport!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD. PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW... This company and its owner Frazer Pells, cannot be trusted. I spoke to and trusted Frazer Pells on a personal level and spent £4410.00 on a complete manual gear box conversion kit for my mk4 supra that NEVER ARRIVED. In fact, I believe that the parts were never available to begin with and Frazer Pells took payment knowing this. I tried to contact Frazer Pells countless times after the delivery date came and went and was told twice that it was on its way which I now know was a complete lie. After complaining to him that the parts didn't arrive and after waiting until 11:30pm on a Friday night, Frazer began to ignore my calls and messages. I asked for a refund when the goods hadn't arrived and Frazer Pells/Spec Motorsport Ltd showed no sign of doing so. This was completely ignored so I had to take this matter seriously by opening a claim with the County Court Business Centre. After 12 months, hundreds of pounds in legal costs and jumping through all the legal hoops that the courts required of me, then and only then did I finally receive my original payment (and some interest incurred). Throughout the court process, this company changed address 4 times and its name once to try and evade paying out for my case. Frazer Pells is a cunning and scheming con man who doesn't deserve the trust I put in him for 'helping' me fix a very costly and important issue I had with my dream car. Only when my case was moved to my local court (hundreds of miles from him) did Frazer return my money as it would have been a massive inconvenience for him to travel to attend hearings. The day that he finally transferred the amount into my account (12 months after the original payment was made), he called and acted as if nothing had inconvenienced me and that the whole fiasco was nothing. He said, "Sorry that you had an issue," and, "If you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask". I was so shocked at how miniscule he made this whole experience and it just solidified my opinion of him being untrustworthy and very dangerous when it comes to his business. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. PLEASE NOTE: I understand some reviews may make people appear scorned, sour and bitter and may exaggerate the truth but this is not the case with this review. This is the complete truth about my ordeal with this company and its owner, Frazer Pells. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through the same mental and financial stress that I did. It affected me in many ways with the ongoing court case as well as the loss of funds. Never again will I trust this company and urge others to look elsewhere for services offered at Spec Motorsport Ltd.
