During the pandemic I had an emergency where I lost my key and was given the number for this company (James) he came out, changed the locks and made my house safe. He was so kind and understanding, even coming out to me after hours. A year later, another emergency has arisen and due to me arranging to have my door changed around, my lock no longer worked properly. James arrived at my home within 10 minutes of me calling him and managed to save the day again. I honestly can not thank this man enough for his kindness, as I am disabled his kindness was overwhelming. I would recommend this company to anybody on the planet with no hesitation.

Spectrum were amazing. We got locked out of our house during lockdown due to a faulty lock. We definitely phoned the right people. A Spectrum professional arrived in only 15 minutes and fixed our lock in about the same amount of time! Both professionals were extremely helpful and reassuring. We would only get Spectrum to cut our keys in the future and we would always use Spectrum for our security needs. A very efficient and friendly service. Thank you to Spectrum.
