Yas Min1 StarTurns out this place is a bit of a scam sadly. No call out charge and fixed rate means they make their money by rushing you into some other random bit of activity on the doorstep. The narrative of the service changed 360 by the end. Not a huge amount of money for us, but given what they were saying, they clearly pull this scam on elderly and vulnerable people.
