Marcus Royall5 StarChris came to my rescue on Christmas day. Even though he had other calls to attend he took time with me to process the best way to proceed. I sent my van back to his garage and then they turned around the repairs in excellent time, especially as this was a very busy time of year compounded with seasonal closures. He made every effort to honour the indictive price that he gave me on the night of the recovery and when I collected the van it was cleaner than when I had waved it goodbye on the motorway! Emma Bunn5 StarWe recently found ourselves stranded on the M4 with 3 young children following our tyre giving out. We called the AA and they sent out a local recovery team within an hour. Chris was fantastic from start to finish. Loaded us up and got us safely off the motorway to the nearest services. He then assisted us with getting the two front tyres replaced that night.
