Absolutely shocking store! Went all the way over there to get a football shirt printed only to be told they couldn't print it due to being purchased elsewhere!!! Are you serious??? Are you seriously turning away custom and business just because an item was purchased elsewhere??? Complete waste of my time and the customer service at this store is shocking with the exception of one member of staff. The attitude of the staff here is the lowest I've ever witnessed. But the whole refusal to print a football shirt because it was purchased elsewhere is absolutely ridiculously absurd! Sports Direct need to change this and their customer service massively and until they do I certainly won't attempt to give them my custom again and will take it to somewhere that makes the effort to! Sort it out Sport's Direct!

- They have a no refund policy, which isn't very convenient. - They only allow you to take 3 clothes to the changing room, when most people would want to try more. - They don't let you take hangers. - Not enough changing rooms. Leaving a huge queue sometimes. - The manager and the staff act like every customer is a thief. - There is not enough staff& they always put one person on the till unless it's a Saturday. - The manager with the scarf, and the asian staff member with glasses stand there gossiping about people& think no one notices. - The manager is quite immature and treats her staff poorly and tries embarrassing them infront of customers which brings a bad reputation. - The two foreign ladies, argue with each other infront of customers. Which isnt a good look. - The shop is a mess and there's no cleaners. - Some of the clothes put up also have stains on them, which is just gross. - Poor hygiene& poor management!!! Probably one of the worse shops I've ever been in, the reviews says alot for itself. Shouldn't even be one star. Won't be buying or coming back here.

Awful. I was followed round the shop by three members of staff all watching me. I purchased a football and headed out the store being followed still. The momemt I left the alarm went off. I had nothing at all with a tag on so it means the staff set it off when I went through. They were very rude went through my bags in front of all people entering and leaving the shop. Very rude and heavy handed will going throughy things. And after ten mins after putting my stuff away in bags all I got was a it's my job. I earn more than those jobs worth's put together. I will never be shopping there again.

Unusually a real mess inside. Stock a mess. One staff member barking at you when asked a question. Most staff members in these stores are lovely and hard working but one bad apple spoils the barrel..

Absolutely shocking. The staff are unfriendly and in some cases downright rude and insulting and they seem to think that all their customers are shoplifters I have never felt so uncomfortable in a shop in my life I will never shop here again.
