Before their first visit, they were completely flexible in how they worked (were happy for me to ask for specific things to be done or to do a general clean). They turn up when they say they will, send me reminders the day before they come and if they're caught in traffic they let me know as soon as possible. They're always happy to do odd extra things here and there, and not only do they leave my home feeling and looking clean but they go the extra mile every time!
