They were able to fit us in quickly, turned up on time and were very efficient. I would highly recommend them and will happily use them again next year.Monday 22nd November 2021
Amina Ghaith1 StarI would highly recommend against using this company. Not only was the engineer late, he turned up with a pouch of tools and didn't even open up the boiler. I explained to him what I thought the issue was (which I had mentioned on my original call to this company) and he said yes I think this is it. He made no attempts to open up the boiler to check. What's even worse was they asked for me to pay for a 10 min call out (I kid you not this guy was in and out like he was being chased). When I said I would pay for the callout only when I get the report highlighting the issue, they threatened to turn up to my door and the owner proceeded to shout at me down the phone. They sent me a half asked ridiculous quotation for over £300 when the part is only £25!!!!!! I settled the call out charge invoice despite feeling like this bunch of cowboys are not even worth it but I would highly recommend you DO NOT contract this company to do any work. They are HORRIBLE & UNETHICAL and I will be reporting them.Tuesday 26th October 2021

No doubt it seems there response to the negative reviews is blamed upon a false nature given my terrible experience i am not phased by the bad reviews. All I shall advise is avoid at any cost and save yourself the expense of finding out the financial loss route!!!Tuesday 5th October 2021
