Mark Bullivant5 StarDementia Specialist Home. The staff are so caring and provide supportive advice.
On my arrival I was greeted and told where to go.
When you have someone with dementia it the care that matters.Saturday 17th June 2017
good nurse1 StarI worked there a few years ago Then new owners came in. Employed the wrong Manager after the other left as the changes were detrimental to the wellbeing of the residents. So sadMonday 13th May 2019
Robert Benbow4 StarMy uncle was admitted from hospital in Febriary 2018 and although bed ridden for most of his 5 month's stay, he was treated with care, respect and sympathy from the busy staff and management.
He had his own room, and whenever needing hospital treatment, he was attended by a doctor and treated promptly, being returned to the nursing home on each occasion. He was able to settle and form relationship with the staff, despite being difficult to treat on occasion. He celebrated his birthday in May, with staff making efforts to make it a special day.
I always found him clean and comfortable during my regular visits to see him, special care being available for bed sores.
I was never aware of unnacceptable attitude, performance (or smells) at St Clements. The building was formally the home of a religious order, and I found something of that quiet, professional atmosphere at St Clements today. Various facilities and activities were on offer for my uncle if he had been able to take advantage of them.
He passed away peacefully at the start of August, St Clements being, in our view, the best place for him. Altogether, the care standard, management and staff morale and performance were good value for money, if not excellent.Sunday 19th August 2018
