I was bought a second hand necklace as a gift (£150) which was of such poor quality that it fell apart after just 3 weeks. Instead of an apology, an offer of a refund or exchange I was accused of damaging the item. Which was a false accusation. I would be wary of purchasing from this shop.Wednesday 2nd March 2016
