We specialise in softwash treatments that rely on low pressure water to deliver a precisely dosed mixture of  biocides or sodium hypochlorite and surfactants.  High pressure water isn't good for many surfaces or scenarios, often only cleaning a top layer and leaving behind the roots or spores of organic matter.   Softwash treatments can be used almost anywhere-, patios, driveways, roof tiles, render, decking, cladding etc, and other surfaces that are notoriously difficult to clean or may be damaged with pressure washing.  Our recommended approach of scraping, followed by a precisely controlled Softwash treatment, leaves roof tiles free from moss, lichens and algae and will restore your roof's beauty and extends its lifespan. With our recommended treatment we offer a 3 year anti-moss warranty.
