Despite numerous problems encountered in replacing a 40 plus year old system ( not withstanding a concrete structured house) Billy and his son worked tiredlessly to resolve all problems to complete within the 3 days work scheduled. They came on time, father and son, and worked through out the day not having a lunch break but kept going. They came back the following day to finish off. B Fos1 StarIf you’re asked to wait, don’t bother. I waited 5 weeks to then be told a few days before that they can’t come at all now. Not even a realistic time frame. Very unreliable and a bad service when I patiently waited for this work to be done.Wednesday 14th June 2023
