On two jobs I have been dissatisfied with the quality of painting and with the business's response on this. Just recently I have asked for a further reply concerning paint that has blistered and my e-mails have been simply ignored. The combination of poor workmanship and an absence of courtesy and care for a customer is very disappointing.

Have had two big jobs done here. They took great care of my van. Been using them for many items over the years and highly recommend and trust them wholeheartedly. Have recommended many people to them. Quality and finish are superb.

I used to be satisfied with the work of this garage. However I recently took my car in to have a minor scuff repaired and found that in exchange for the repair my car had a scratch elsewhere on the body, a pile of mud in the boot, and marks both to the boot trim and driver's carpet. I wrote a letter of complaint to the manager but this was ignored. After waiting for a month I telephoned to ask why I had not received a reply. I then received a letter that made no attempt to explain why my car had been returned in such a mess or what action had been taken to prevent it happening again. It just contained platitudes such as how much they value my custom, which I will now be taking elsewhere.
