I have been coming here for a few years as they are the best in the area (I've tried them all). The team are always polite, friendly and offer a great service both for my regular shirt laundry, and other items. Sometimes I need a fast turnaround and they always manage to help me out. Definitely recommended. They've also done alterations for me and make sure I'm 100% happy every time. Best in the area, always chatty and extremely pleasant. I won't go anywhere else. Fawad is the best! I flew in from the US and brought my wedding dress to Suds the day before my wedding, hoping there was some way for it to be steamed last-minute. Fawad got my dress looking great, texted photo updates throughout the process, and drove over an hour to hand deliver it to my hotel room the same day. They went above and beyond to help me out!

Exceptional service! Completely removed all the stains from a wedding bridesmaid dress really happy with the overall service and support of the staff! That was extremely hard work and turned the dress into brand new! Really attentive and careful with the clothings I take for dry cleaning and fixing!

Amazing. I had 2 gowns and a pair of jeans repaired and dry cleaned. The two gowns both had stains and one was ripped - I can’t believe the result. They have managed to make them look like new. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

IF YOU WANT IT DONE PROPERLY, DO IT YOURSELF!!! I need to post this review as a public service announcement. I paid £30 to do laundry: 2x loads of washing and 1x dryer load. This is by no means a reasonable cost but I had no other option. The guy attending to the business told me he would sort it all out and to return in an hour and a half. I specifically advised him not to put the dryer on a hot setting. All the garments were folded and placed into a plastic bag. Upon returning to my hotel room, I found one of one of my undergarments ruined beyond repair, one was lost (probably because it was destroyed/melted beyond recognition), two others also quite damaged from the high heat cycle and had a funny smell to the clothes. My only guess is that while I wasn’t there to do it myself - he didn’t check the types of fabrics/fibres and probably also threw it in the dryer with other people’s drying loads - maybe a restaurant uniform because the smell was reminiscent of cooking oil/grease. This is my bad - I trusted a laundrette knew what they were doing but that’s an assumption I’ll never make again. I also wasn’t going to waive my damaged underwear in the shop in contest either. Even if he refunded me the cost of the “service”, wouldn’t have covered the replacement cost of the garments. This serves as a warning to everyone using laundrettes - you’re better off waiting and doing it yourself so you know your laundry hasn’t been thrown in with others, especially when you paid for it!
