Superb service! Had an urgent issue between Christmas and New Year and Mike's advice allowed us to resolve the issue out that very same day. As the issue was something we could fix ourselves, Mike suggested we gave this a try first, without the need for a call out. Very much appreciate the advice and have no doubt who to go to and recommend in the future.

I would not hesitate in recommending Suffolk Fire & Security. After a previous security company let me down Mike came round the very next day to assess my property and the new system was fitted, on a day of my choice, not long after. All work was completed to a very high standard, Mike was very professional, showed me exactly how the system worked and even tidied up before he left! I am so pleased with everything from start to finish. An excellent Company!

Iconnect thatch alarm system in fault - installer no longer trading - panic as no one has heard of this system after several rejections called suffolk fire and Security can’t attend until next weekend busy - I maybe able to fit you in tomorrow Saturday 8am sorted Mike arrives we climb into the roof (its a thatch alarm) all sorted mike arrives prepared , his research last night and the wonders of the internet. Fixed , tested we are happy Mike is happy. If only all engineers were as interested and proactive.
