I have visited Susan Young's garden twice when it has been open for the National Garden Scheme. It is a wonderful space complementing the lovely cottage taking centre stage in the middle. Walking round the garden is a joy with diverse planting, a lawn looking out on open fields, a vegetable and fruit plot and winding paths which meander between borders, trees and shrubs. There is something for everyone and so much colour and obvious care taken to create a stunning cottage garden. The tea and cakes were good too!'
