Poor customer service experience. Item I purchased had incorrect price label loosely on it. I only noticed the price difference when I checked the receipt later having paid contactless. I called the store to query and it was clarified the price label was incorrect, I had paid the correct (substantially higher) price. I wouldn’t have purchased the item at the price I paid. Good service would have recognised that and come to some arrangement as a gesture of the labelling mistake. I did get a sorry but nothing else. Not good enough in my opinion. Will certainly make me think twice before considering purchasing again.

Great staff and shop at Chichester ordered plate rack ..All good until we opened up . Very annoyed at the excessive none recyclable wrapping. Also item was very funky but rough for the price we paid , quite a lot of wood filler , no instructions, no predrilled holes for screws and a piece of wood ??what for . Made in India very cheaply possibly not fair trade . Disappointed
