NOT INTERESTED IN SERVICING - ONLY WANTS TO SELL NEW SYSTEMS I rang sussex security as the company that had supplied my alarm were no longer trading. Paul claimed that he knew all about the old company and that they were unprofessional. I explained the problem and he said he could come and have a look but that it would cost £65. When he arrived, he wasnt really interested in fixing the alarm. He said that it was locked with a code so he could do nothing and that it wasnt genuine - it was a chinese copy. He then spent ages trying to persuade me to buy a new £1500 alarm. When he had left, I contacted another alarm company , who came round, mended my alarm and confirmed that it was totally genuine for £80. So I spent £65 to listen to Paul trying to convince me to buy a rolls royce alarm - he had no intention of repairing my existing system.
