I called in with a battery charger for an electric wheelchair in which the socket that plugs into the battery had come adrift from the wires. Gentleman soldered wires back on while I waited and wouldn't take any payment. It now works! Many thanks

This was by far, the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I happened just by chance to walk past this shop. I walked in and said I needed two things, a dish washer and a washing machine. The retort to my inquiry was gleefully delivered by two men each flapping their arms toward me; a raised eyebrow by me, indicating a 'huh?' revealed that they do not stock dish washers because that's why women have two hands for! Peals of laughter emanating from the two men as if sharing a private high five, concluded my visit. To the two old misogynistic men this morning in.....If you'd spent the time delivering a great customer service instead of insulting them you would of realised. Excellent rewire from Aubrey and Andrew! A pleasure to have around the house!! Made a minimum of mess. Not to mention half the price of our first quote. Highly recommend, stock up on tea & coffee.
