He was professional and efficient; sent over quotation on the same day of the visit, and was happy to advise & adjust the work to best accommodate our changes. Everything went smoothly from the initial meeting, agreeing the work to be done and setting the dates, to completing the work. Tom showed up on time at 8:00am and finished the work early afternoon.
