Tommy was recommended to me by my son who had worked with Tommy's company in a previous employment. I needed assistance finding a good plumber to relocate a radiator and all those from CheckaTrade refused to lift floorboards, etc, only wanting to do the pure plumbing. Tommy was a breath of fresh air, immediately confirming he could do everything needed, giving a competitive quote and turning up on time. He made sure his team knew what was needed and the best way to do it, and all work was done efficiently, in a friendly manner, with all mess tidied up and even hanging around until the slowest of the radiators started to warm up after the system was refilled. A new drain for the heating system was also installed free of charge just in case any further work was needed in the future. I would highly recommend Tommy.

The best!! Tommy was so friendly and helpful, and he explained everything so well to me. He even showed me how to reset my water heater and a few other bits by myself, so I wouldn't have to fork out any extra money for stuff that just needs an easy fix. He's really reasonable too. You can tell that he genuinely wants to help, and it's not just about the money like most other contractors. Thank you so much again Tommy!

Friendly, helpful, great value and all round excellent service! Sam from T Robinson Heating recently fixed our cylinder and installed a new filter for our boiler. Sam was helpful, polite and knowledgable and an all round star! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a boiler service or for boiler repair and new boiler installations.
