Hi Lisa Greenwood from start to finish t&s were outstanding clean professional and polite. They are the rolls Royce of the plumbers very pleased if I could give a 10 star I would. Thanks to the lads and the manager who gave us a new boiler.

Great work and advice. Extremely fast response to initial enquiries, including quotations, and then booking. Very friendly and professional engineer. Every step explained. They installed a smart thermostat with us, performed tests as well as troubleshooting. Amazing service, we could not be happier.

Awful quality of work and Customer Service. I first contacted T&S Heating 9 months ago having moved into a property where some of the radiators weren't working. From that point I have had 6 or 7 surveyors visit the property, 6 different engineers and been charged for items that did not solve the problem. I have water damaged ceilings, stains on carpets and a heating system that still does not work. In total I have been charged around £2,000 for work that has no benefit. The company is slow (at best) to respond to issues raised and has recently decided not to respond to me at all. I am now taking the company to court and will be seeking a refund of the amounts paid so far and compensation to the damage caused to my property. Be careful when choosing T&S Heating because the standard of work and customer service is very poor!

I engaged T&S Heating to carry out work at an elderly relative's house that involved removal of a coal burning stove and installation of electric radiators. My relative suffers from dementia and was hostile to the changes and intrusion. The on site team were sympathetic and understanding of his condition and carried out the work professionally and efficiently and left the property clean and tidy. Once they had left my relative was very appreciative of his new heating system. I throughly recommend T&S Heating for their professionalism and understanding of the situation as well as the excellent service and work carried out.

I have left my review for a couple of months. As I wanted to see how my new boiler performed. To be honest. On the day they changed my boiler. I would have easily given the fitter a 5 star plus review. But as I said I decided to give my new boiler a chance to see how it’s gone. All I can genuinely say what a fantastic company they are. The boiler is brilliant. The fitters only had a small space to work with because it’s in a cupboard. Where the doors could not be opened any wider. Due to having a bed and oxygen. It’s a hospital bed so could not be moved. I can only say thank you to the team.and. I genuinely Wouk not have had. Wanted anyone else fitting my boiler. So grateful to actually find a company who were well mannered pleasant they Also knew exactly what they were doing,…I was actually shocked to see how professional they were. certainly did not loiter about like sone fitters I could mention from a different company. Highly recommend them.
