I called this agency to do a valuation for a divorce and to potentially sell it down the line. Steven who owns the company is the most unhelpful agent I have ever come across! He refused to do a valuation and put it in writing unless he charged me as “he didn’t want to waste his time” to go to the property. I’ve never had this issue before as I have various other properties in other areas that needed valuations and all the agents were highly professional and helpful! This man is simply a money grabber. Do not waste your time using him. There are much better agents around.

The team at Talbots is excellent! For over 7 years, they have been my estate agents and have always been approachable, available, helpful and very kind. No matter the situation, you can speak to them and they have your best interest in mind and won't leave you to struggle, unlike many other agencies, especially in London. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to everyone who is looking to buy or rent with the agency!
