Shelley T1 StarVery unprofessional! Really unhappy with 'service'. 😡 Ricky replaced dual flush in my WC. It's not fit for purpose as not only can you no longer use the short flush but toilet roll + excrement come back down from waste pipe after full flush! 🤢🙈💩 Worse still he caused a leak + water came through kitchen ceiling downstairs so I'm left with a water damaged area to get sorted. I've offered to pay extra to change the flush unit to the same brand that was in there as I know that one works. He said there will be additional labour costs to do this!! I said as he caused damage to ceiling + his flush doesn't work properly surely a goodwill gesture for the short amount of time it takes him to change it? He's completely ignored me asking for cost + availability + has not responded to my last message of 28th May! Happy to show screenshots of messagesSunday 9th June 2019
