Joe came and opened our door for us after the lock broke. He got it open, found the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes, and at a fraction of the price quoted. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, giving us a few options and explaining the benefits of each. I would highly recommend him to anybody needing a locksmith.

The Booking and Admin are handled by an extremely polite and efficient lady called Charmaine. She is helpful and accommodating. She arranged us a short notice appointment for a Saturday lunchtime when we needed a keysafe fitted urgently. She phoned me back to confirm all details. Excellent service. When Joe arrived to do the work he was extremely polite and efficient. He recommended the model of keysafe needed and the location on the brick wall to attach it to. He performed the work quickly and ensured that we had the instructions and could operate it correctly before he left. Joe is an extremely professional Locksmith. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone for Locksmith needs.

Amazing experience. Locked out after an engineer broke my lock while fixing a fault in my holiday home X3 locksmiths locally wouldn’t come out due to it being out of hours. Taylor locksmiths came within minutes of being contacted. Such a relief. Kept me updated on how long he would be. Even had the lock fixed and replaced before I parked the car. Would highly recommend.
