“Tim is an amazing young man. He gave up his time to help OAPs during the recent cold snap. My 91 year old mother's boiler broke down. We could not get hold of any emergency heating engineers but my daughter saw on social media that Tim was offering his services, to OAPs, for free. She messaged him & he came out promptly and worked for hours to sort it out. He had to come out on 3 occasions as it needed parts but he did not give up until he'd sorted it out for her and was determined to get it done. He didn't ask for any payment other than to cover the costs of parts. I still can't quite believe it, such a lovely chap! It’s great to know there are such good people in the world.” This is usually due to air in the radiator if you have a bleed key (purchased at any DIY or plumbing store) you can bleed the radiator from the bleed valve usually located at the top of the radiator. You will need to re-pressurize your system afterwards if you have a sealed system.

I strongly recommend this company! They are very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, respectful and very clean. We used TDC Plumbing & Heating LTD for an entire bathroom fit out. Having had very bad experiences with plumbers in the past, I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy company and so a friend recommended TDC plumbing. I contacted them and the minute I met Tim and his team, I could see they were experts in their field; they were very knowledgeable and very professional and so we hired them to fit the entire bathroom. During the build, we had some delays with the furniture and the builders but Tim and his team always helped to work around the changing schedules of the deliveries and the builders. When attending site, they were very punctual and clean and it was a pleasure to work with them. After the bathroom install, TDC Plumbing is our go to local plumbing company. And every time I contact them I am amazed by their prompt response. Even if they’re busy, they are always able to accommodate the time to come and help. This is a company that actually cares about the customer!

Tim is a consummate professional. He's extremely polite, respectful and trustworthy. We had a boiler issue at a rental property just before we were about to go away on a short holiday. Tim was recommended by another plumber and turned out to be just brilliant. Working with us to understand the problem and find a fix. In this case, it was a replacement boiler which he sourced and installed quickly and without unnecessary interruption to the tenants. We continue to work with Tim and his team and he's first call for us any time we have a plumbing or heating issue. I'd happily recommend TDC Plumbing and Heating.

Just used Tim's company TDC Plumbing and Heating to replace a broken boiler and replace all radiators. I had to organise this from abroad and Tim made it beyond easy. He responded immediately to all my questions (even though I later found out he was actually on holiday himself!). His team came on the first morning I arrived back. They were very professional and had all works LLC completed in just over day. This was without even being able to even give the measurements before job started. Tim took all information he needed and delivered radiators within a couple of hours for his team to fit. They were extremely professional (shout out to Ricky) and I found the job to be very good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending his company. Thanks Tim 😀
