I asked for quotes from MANY local plumbers, many didn't show up or actually bother to get back to me with a price, whereas Tony offered a competitive quote, fitted in the job quickly, left everything tidy and even came back when I contacted him with a problem a few days later (not related to his work) and was at my door within 10 minutes!
