We have used Tencer on a number of occasions. One of which was a first class installation of a new boiler. Also in previous years, my elderly 80 year old Mother-in-Law has had boiler issues, which required emergency call outs. Tencer have always reacted promptly and the service surpassed our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The engineer damaged the part(control) of the heating system and didn't fix the problem itself and advised they are unable to fix it and charged me. I had to go to British Gas and pay again for the actual repair and part for the part they damaged. I contacted the company at the time and they said if I don't pay their invoice, it will go to credit referral team and hence I was forced to make payment at the time. I will never ever use their service again
