Horrendous a very bad experience in the Preston Tessuti store I bought a pair of Hugo Boss trainers on the 19th of February I return back on the 22nd of February they cut the back of my ankle very badly bleeding I spoke to the manager in the store when I took them back she refused to give me her name you’d wonder why she refused a refund or exchange she said this is a normal thing I don’t believe that I called Customer Services I asked to speak to a lady called Lindzy who is the manager she refused to take my call I got a call back of a lady called Ashley from the Preston store stating no refund or exchange I was a very loyal customer customer care is terrible people skills are disgusting attitude is Horrendous how these people are in these positions is beyond me be warned customer care team confirmed to me I am well with in my time limit to return my item I have that on a email as a proof from tessuti head office customer care team
