He rates 5 stars for his performance when alerted to the problem. 2 failed alarm boxes in 4 years - asked customer service for explanation. They requested full details - duly provided the same day. After 4 weeks nothing even though emailed MD after 3 weeks. I am surprised at poor service - disappointing to say the least.Monday 7th November 2022
