Luke from Thames Valley Electricians arrived at the agreed time to provide a quote for a new Consumer Unit. He quickly identified that the existing unit, whilst old, was not the issue and the problem was with the power supply so the responsibility of the supplier. His actions really helped to facilitate the repair of a dangerous issue in a timely manner. I was extremely impressed with Luke and so have already asked him to provide a quote for some other electric jobs I wanted doing on our home. I would not hesitate to recommend Luke and Thames Valley Electricians.

Luke had completed a report on a house we were purchasing which led to us deciding on rewiring the house on moving in. Luke was so responsive, replied to all my questions and gave helpful suggestions. This was a big job which we were nervous about but Luke put us at ease. Throughout the process we were fully aware of everything happening and kept in the loop. Luke and his team were amazing, always on time with great attention to detail and tidied up after any mess, bringing in a decorator to fill holes etc. The house looks completely transformed with down lighting throughout and the occasional feature pendant. Luke and his team went above and beyond and are genuinely nice people to have a chat with too. Would definitely recommend TV Electricians!

Luke took on the completion of some electrical works for us after our original electrician changed career. He was prompt to respond to our enquiry; friendly; efficient and .... if you will pardon the pun ... very switched on! Work was completed on the day and for the amount quoted. Excellent. We have already asked Luke to advise us on some further electrical works outside.

Luke did a great job of rewiring 1 of the 2 circuits of our house. I found his details on Checkatrade and initially enquired with him and some other companies about greening that we had noticed in our plug sockets. Luke replied straight away offering to have a look at the issue so he could advise what work would be needed, whereas other electricians just told me straight away that we needed to rewire the whole house, without looking into what actually needed to be done. I’m glad I chose Luke as he was very friendly and professional, and I will contact him again if any further electrical work is needed.
