Adam and Dave solved a tricky problem for us and did it in a reliable, friendly and professional way. We'd had a water pressure problem in our shower for six months, and by doing the correct diagnostic work, they solved it in a relatively short time. Really great and would recommend them.

A great company to deal with, they are efficient and just nice people. They have done work for us in a cottage we use for holiday letting for a few years and they have even fitted a new boiler for us. We live nearly 500 miles away so a trusted plumber is a godsend. Recently our cleaners told us of a leak in the bathroom at around 11 am on a Sunday - our new guests to the cottage were due in at 3pm. We rang Thanet heating on an out of hours number and they went and mended the leak and were out before the new guests arrived, a challenge on a weekday but lunchtime on Sunday — brilliant Even the staff in the office are charming and you feel that you are a valued customer, well done all of you.
