Welcome to The Bell Inn, Chichester
The Bell Inn is situated in Chichester, West Sussex, opposite the Chichester Festival Theatre.
We are a traditional pub serving home-made food, with a great selection of hand pulled real ales. It’s welcoming atmosphere and decor makes us one of the few remaining traditional pubs in the city and in June 2022 we became a Free House.
We are open for every matinee performance at Chichester Festival and Minerva Theatre and would advise booking in advance.

Jo Yendole5 StarGreat dog friendly pub. We were passing through the area and found it online. 2 fish and chips for £18 as it was fish Friday. Excellent value and lovely food. Staff were very friendly and even gave us a map of the town to take with us.Friday 3rd June 2022

Louie Wilson2 StarCame in today, sat in the beer garden as it was nice weather. The staff were friendly, the menu was really small not a lot to choose from on the main meals. I went for the burger it was ok not the best quite greasy .
Edit response: I did not leave a clean plate I left half of the burger I didn’t feel like saying something to the waitress because the rest of the meal was fine. You need to take in what these reviews are saying because every bad review u have u respond with the same answer. And take responsibility for your own problems.Saturday 16th April 2022
Danan Coleman (Adventure With Danan)5 StarAs an American, this was the very first pub that I went to where it truly had the feel of a local pub. The people here were great and the owner had a spicy pepper garden in the back porch with SUPER-SPICY peppers which was great!
The Beer: Yes. The beer was good and the glasses were clean.
The Servers: Very attentive and very quick.
