Use to frequent other Stables in Southampton, Winchester and Bournemouth those establishments have unfortunately lost their way. The atmosphere in Birmingham Stables is as strong as ever, the diversity of Ciders available remains superb, the welcoming atmosphere and approachable, customer focused team of staff make this a top notch pub. Even if you just pop in for a pint before your Train (it's a handful of steps from New Street Station) you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic find. Great food, and were more than happy to tweak my order as I am celiac and have dairy allergies. Lovely atmosphere. Would definitely go there again.

Really nice, fresh pizza 👌. Service was quick and easy via mobile ordering with plenty of seating. We sat outdoors as it was a warm evening. There is also a range of ciders to try, including a £10 cider tasting board - five 1/3 pints glasses. Will definitely be back again soon. 😁

Tasty food and excellent selection of ciders. Ordered via website while sat at table. Drinks came out very quickly and food not too long after despite venue being very busy. Pizza was good but Mac and Cheese was the highlight of the meal. Ciders very nice.

Like a CAMRA real ale pub, but for cider enthusiasts. The selection of real and delicious ciders here is wonderful and changes frequently. If you've only ever had fizzy mass-produced ciders, please give this place a try, a world of delicious scrumpy awaits you. I highly recommend the cider tasting flight, 5 drinks for £10, for cider newbies and enthusiasts alike!
