Great company to work for. They are flexible to work with you to allow you to work the hours that suit you and are very supportive to their staff. Have always enjoyed working shifts with TCS Agency. I am thankful for the skills and abilities I have attained through working with this organisation. This has helped me become the nurse I am wanting to be and are now.

One of the worst - was told they were completely professional yet our experience has been very different to the point that my relative has been traumatised by the handling of their staff. One of their staff walked out on my relative who has severe vascular dementia and poor mobility amongst other things, without a handover leaving my own mother who also has dementia in charge. DISGUSTING. The company has refused to give me the full name of this Romanian Carer - MARIA - so that I can report it to Social Services as a safeguarding risk. Another carer was still wearing a top that belonged to another carer company - when questioned she told me that she had taken a months annual leave to "try live in carer" and that the other reason she wanted to do live in carer is because she had no where to live as she had given up her room in Cambridge. She was inexperienced, forgetful and illiterate not suitable for my relative. Next person was supposed to have 10 years experience in a hospital, again illiterate and unable to administer medication correctly or fill in a MAR Chart. Another of the carers thought it was fine to leave my relative on her own without taking the chair alarm pager with her, guess what, my relative fell, hit her head on the fire place and was pulled up by her bad arm, then picked up like a sack of potatoes and out in the chair - no accident form filled in - I do not even believe that they had been DBS checked as they were shipped in so quickly, I would have been better off going to Heathrow Airport and bringing back a refugee with me to look my relative! Absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone who values their loved ones. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A RECORDING NANNY CAM AND CHECK IT - This is how I have seen what went on, Oh and the last carer wished the new carer luck and told them we were fussy!! She left our shower (only used by her as relative could not weight bear long enough to be showered) in such a disgusting state, together with a wee stained mattress (6 months old) used by her, and broken ornament in her room. If I could give a minus score then I would.

Absolutely the most supportive team at the offices, Communicating with them regarding shifts or rosters is easy, best pay compare to other agencies, never any issues with pay, always so chirpy on the phones, great to work for such a positive team
