Quick sort out of my home built PC which had suddenly stopped starting. Also identified and corrected a couple of issue with mu build. Sorted out the day I brought it in and at a very reasonable cost. Would thoroughly recommend

Oh my god the service here is second to none! My laptop is my work and I cannot be without it - took the lap top in at 10.30am fixed and back home with it working better than it ever has by 12.30pm - Cannot recommend this company enough - Thank You

So helpful to me and my daughter, suggested ways we could fix our computer problem ourselves when he could have charged us for fixing it himself, very impressed, even explained how parts works in my old computer to modern day computers, great service, will definitely use again and highly recommend. My dad recommended him to me as so helpful.

What would we do without The Computer Store in Thornbury? Such an efficient and polite service when we needed a part not supplied with a portable drive bought elsewhere. We are very fortunate to have such an essential shop in Thornbury.

I went in to see them at late in the afternoon, 10 minutes before closing, with a dead laptop that was not charging. I had already looked on the internet and tried various solutions without success. Not only did they find the right combination of actions to bring it back to life there and then but did so without charging me - except to ask me to write a review! Great service and I'm happy to show my appreciation here.
