However after emailing their customer service I have to say both Chris and Charlotte were very helpful and prompt in replying and communicating with me
They agreed to send another unit out next day delivery and before they had received the old one back, after I provided proof of posting the return, which I was very pleased about
It would have been 5 stars except for the hiccup at the beginning (everyone makes mistakes)
