He is clearly very knowledgeable, logical and punctual. He identified the fault in no time and explained everything clearly. What stands him out from the crowd is that he genuinely cares about his clients and look after them. In our case, one could easily splash out to renew the entire circuit. Jonathan listened to our needs and recommended a safe and practical solution that is much more cost effective, even though this would be less profitable for him.
