The showroom is immaculately laid out on two floors with a great range of fires but also lovely home accessories - clocks, candles, ornaments etc., that I haven't seen anywhere else and all very reasonably priced. Andrew (the owner) and Charlotte (his sister-in-law) were so helpful and friendly even though I explained that I was only looking speculatively. They left me to look around and I found the most beautiful hurricane lamp for my fussiest of friend's birthday present. A genuine family run business who take the utmost pride and care of their customers and reputation. Once I'm in a position to choose my fireplace, I certainly won't need to look anywhere else and in the meantime will be back for more accessories and gifts.Saturday 4th June 2022
Phil Webster5 StarFrom walking into their store to the final handover was seamless and professionally undertaken. There's no pushy salesman trying to sell you something over and above what you need in fact its the total opposite, where we wanted a bigger stove and we're advised to go smaller.
The installation, in our conservatory, was completed ahead of schedule and to a high standard.
Finally, Andy the owner of Fire Barn came round and provided a detailed awareness of how to use the stove, which we thought was a nice touch.

Gee Whiz RS5 StarFrom start to finish the process was a pleasure. Andrew, and fitter Steve, couldn't have been better.
The shop has a good selection of stoves and the advice given was honest and open. Removal of my gas fire, opening up of the chimney breast, flue installation and hearth & stove fitting took 4 days. Steve was neat and tidy and I could tell he took pride in his work. He involved me in decisions regarding opening size and mantle height. I thought leaving a selection of oak mantles overnight was a nice touch then my wife and I could pick the right one for us.
Andrew's visit to demonstrate lighting the fire and tips was useful and appreciated.

Andy was knowledgeable about each stove and was very friendly. Steve who did all the installation was very friendly. He covered everything in the room to minimise the dust.
