One of the best pint of Guinness in Liverpool and £3.50 as well. Owner takes good pride in it and can taste the difference. Good pub for Reds and close enough to Anfield to wander up. Would recommend.

The owner was exceptionally generous and accommodating! We couldn’t arrive during the check in time because of rail strike and the only transport was a midnight bus from London to Liverpool. Owner let us check in earlier without any fuss. The property was clean, location was great if you are catching a match at Anfield and the staff was super helpful.

First visit for nearly 40 years. Brilliant experience, was attending match at Anfield with my son and friends. Wonderful atmosphere, excellent service by Wonderful staff. Superb background music.
