Gill Williams5 StarAbsolutely wonderful service from Paul and his team. Our ancient boiler packed up on a cold Saturday night in early March and we knew it was beyond repair. On Sunday morning we left a message on The Heating Expert’s website explaining the situation, and within half an hour Paul phoned us. He was about to go on holiday the following morning, but took all the details, discussed our requirements and requested photos of various things. Within a couple of hours he had come back to us with a quote for a new boiler which seemed fair and which we were happy to accept. The boiler we wanted was a larger, less common model which was hard to obtain, being out-of-stock at most suppliers. First thing Monday morning Paul was at the airport waiting to fly off on holiday, but he persevered in his search for the right boiler from the airport until he managed to source one, constantly keeping in touch to update us on the situation. Within a couple of hours his son, Charlie, had disconnected the old boiler and made it safe, then within a few days the old boiler had been removed, the new one was installed by Paul the boiler fitter, the electrics were sorted and we had a warm house again. All The Heating Expert’s men were very friendly and helpful. They clearly had a lot of work on and were very busy, but they still fitted us in, working late to get the job done. We were thrilled with their service, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.Thursday 31st March 2022
Matthew Price5 StarWhat a brilliant service. We contacted Paul on Sunday as our boiler packed up on Saturday night and left us with no hot water. A visit was organised for the Monday within an hour of us messaging.
Charlie turned up bang on time and quickly found the fault. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and provided an elite service.
If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Responsive, professional, excellent service. What I like the best is Paul and his team do what they say they are going to do when they are going to do it.
