I Bought an apx burner,tried it once,it didn't do what it was supposed to do,it hadn't even reached the temps it said it could.and thought i could go back to the shop,maybe exchanged for a pax or preferably refunded.I was on day 8 of my 14 day return date. The owner wasn't interested and Told me to go and sell it on E-bay. Even though I was well in my rights,to either refund or exchange,in the UK,14 day returns policy. The owner also kept my receipt which I brought in with me,so I couldn't go any further to trading standard.Thanks alot. A shop,I had been going in,for 30 years, destroyed my faith in the human race.And 14 day,no questions asked,refunds/returns. I just can't believe there was no offer of even a replacement,as I was willing to give the man more money.Instead he tells me to sell it on E-bay. Well as of today,it is still sat in storage..unused, in the same condition that I had bought it.
