Sam Bell2 StarPossibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After ordering online I spent three days trying to get through to them on the phone to confirm my delivery. No one ever answers, one out of their five branches eventually picked up.
Got an email through saying delivery would be in the morning between 8-12 and I would be the first drop-off. Finally turned up at 2.30pm after I spent hours again trying to get hold of someone on the phone.
The turf itself is hit and miss. Some bits are really good quality, exactly what I was hoping for with expensive Rolawn, but I have probably 20% of the turf pieces that are infested with more Annual Meadow Grass than proper grass.Friday 12th June 2020

They had it in stock and I was able to collect within an hour of ordering over the phon. It was heavy so they loaded it all into the boot of my car for me, despite it pouring with rain.
