I’m never going anywhere close to any Newham hotel ever. Cold and unprofessional staff from the receptionist to the chef. The whole hotel had a bad smell (I’m guessing from the carpets ,that was visible dirty) , Mouldy and smelly toilet, stained and dirty furnitures, shower pressure was so Low it would take ages to take a shower, no hot water from 10am. Mind you I paid £350 for 2 nights .. Breakfast was the saddest I have had in a hotel ever.

Very unsatisfactory and dissatisfying experience. I was unable to use the shower within the room as the shower had insufficient pressure which rendered the shower unusable. I was unable to use the shower for three days despite me making a formal complaint to the various members of staff within the hotel reception. I sincerely hope that the matter and the in unusability of the shower becomes rectified so as to not cause an inconvenience and a nuisance to other potential guests.

I've been at this so called " Hotel ", for one night, the worst nightmare of my life. I gave 1 star, because there was no option to give ZERO star. Avoid this place at all costs ! As soon you start bathing, the poliban pipes are blocked, all the dirty comes out, from previous room guests, disgusting!!!!

As soon as we arrived they didn’t tell us that we needed identification so we spent a whole hour claiming it was sent but the security said it wasn’t clear to see. The room was far too hot also the plug socket was coming off the wall. Entry door was getting stuck and the windows would not stay open. Tv had less channels on tv and limited storage space plus there was no microwave to cook a meal and the bathroom was so small . The room service was poor due to there was no phone to call for housekeeping and if there was an emergency we wouldn’t be able to communicate with staff

Very bad experience ..mosquities and black mites inside room and i had very bad experience and there is no hygiene for washrooms and wash rooms were very bad and didn't clean with detergents and swipe with water and towel only ..
