We had an unexpected leak of some piping after switching the water on in our property after being away from the property for a while. Soaking carpet in the bedroom! We called Malcom and he was most helpful advising the cost of an emergency call out and hourly rate. He came over very quickly ,within an hour ,and carried out a thorough check of the system. The leak had stopped and did not reappear just to make life difficult! However we will be making another appointment for the Plumber Man to visit on a non emergency basis to check the piping hidden in the walls more thoroughly. The service was very good and we would definitely want to have them come back again to continue to maintain the system .
