Zelda Maccoll5 StarAbsolutely amazing experience. Made a call on the Wednesday to have someone come out to assess an issue with our shower door and quote to change our shower head and mixer. Ross came out later THAT SAME DAY!!. He was really professional and knowledgeable. Quote provided a day later and job booked in for a week later. Ross arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Purple Plumbing!! The whole team, from Susan, to Roly and Ross were fantastic!Friday 12th August 2022

Thomas Morgan5 StarHaving genuinely struggled to find a plumber/heating engineer, and having gone without hot water for almost two weeks, we were at our wit's end. Fortunately we came across Purple Plumbers who were with us the very next day, and went above and beyond sourcing and installing a replacement water tank within a matter of days, and at much better value than we had expected. We have again called on Purple Plumbers to help with less urgent more general maintenance issues, and have always found them responsive, quick to attend, and great with communication - skills lacking with pretty much every other firm in the area we have tried, and we've tried a few! They are furthermore professional, polite and as far as I can tell do high quality work at good value. Very grateful to have found them.Tuesday 28th June 2022
Simon Thomas5 StarI cannot recommend TPPP more highly. The plumber (Tom) was on time, courteous and professional: he even hoovered up after himself. Susan at home base is always there as a source of communication, and she keeps a pretty firm grip on invoices, appointments and (I suspect) the plumbers themselves. The plumber arrived on time and the work was carried out to our complete satisfaction, everything was left neat and tidy and the plumber was polite and helpful.
