The Range is great, but avoid Dee Dee's cafe in there at all costs. I went yesterday and whilst ordering a toastie, established that they make them instore, therefore they have access to all of the ingredients.. so I asked if I could pay extra for some onion on the sandwich.. "no, we're not allowed to do that" was the response. I asked why not. She just replied again, "I don't know, we're just not allowed". I cancelled the toastie and just had a coffee. I won't bother returning.

I went in the range on Friday 26th August ,had lunch in the cafe which was very nice . Had a look round the store then attempted to do a bit of shopping in the Iceland section and that's where it went wobbly . I couldn't find a basket so asked a member of staff where they were . Outside he told me so I went to have a look no baskets to be seen . Asked the same member of staff where I could find one and he nodded to a couple of deep trolleys . Well they were obviously not for food use as they were filthy and I wouldn't have been able to reach the bottom anyway . So my suggestion is provide trolleys that are only for food use ,have plenty of them and keep them where they can be found . Needless to say I didn't buy anything .

I love this shop. A lot of beautiful things in. The long queue is very bad point. But the cashiers are smiley and kind.
